Reena’s Exploration Challenge – Week 5 – Think

Reena’s Exploration Challenge  – Week 5 – Think

Reena says –  A wise friend came out with a strategy to beat the algorithm. He recommends documentation of facts, rather than create anything. Just tell people what is happening with your life or business, and you will get a higher level of engagement.

I have been wondering for the last two days, what would life be like, with the implementation of this strategy. And here comes the prompt for this week.

The piece you write can be prose, fiction, a form of poetry that you are comfortable with, or any other experimental format that you devise. There is no restriction on the length either, except that the whole piece should appear in one part

My Next Move – Think

Plan my next move
I have no moves
Lost in a cloud
Cannot clear the dust

Head is as blank
As my mind is lost
Have no idea
What to write next

You say think
The more I think
The worst it is
Mind is blank

Cannot clear the dust
Lost in a cloud
I have no moves
As I cannot think.

Actually, I have many pages of documentation of family history that goes back to the 16th century that needs to be digitally recorded, must do it before it’s too late.

Thanks for the challenge my head was blank, so I wrote a poem about it, will try to improve next week, it was a difficult challenge.

  1. It appears that this week’s challenge is tough. But your poem has more depth than you think. I see it as outline poetry, where you describe what is happening outside, without naming the affliction. To name the affliction here becomes another challenge, and it is fully in line with the theme.

    Thanks for joining in!
