Blogger Recognition Award 2017

Blogger Recognition Award

I’m happy to accept this blogger recognition!  I have had this reward before and this is my third blogging award this month.

Thank you, to my blogger friend, Lynn – The poem in the pocket lady, for nominating me for this award.

Check out her blog, she has an amazing selection of poetry about all corners of the earth, plus a beautiful smile that will make your day.

Here are the rules:

1. Thank the blogger who nominated you and provide a link to their blog.

2. Write a post to show your award.

3. Give a brief story how your blog started.

4. Give two pieces of advice to new bloggers.

5. Select (up to 15) other bloggers for this award.

6. Comment on each blog to let them know you nominated them and provide a link to to the post you created.

How did my blog start?

I started this blog in January 2016 by doing “Blogging 101” which was a fourteen days assignment, I learned so much, and I thank Jose and the WordPress.com team for running it.

Surprise the link is still working, maybe readers reading this may like to do the assignments – https://blogging101january2016b.wordpress.com/daily-tasks/

My two pieces of blogging advice.

1. My advice for new bloggers is: write as often as you can, build your community of followers by reading other bloggers blogs, like, comments, and follow if you are interested.

2. Ignore the stats and write from the heart your followers will grow with time.
