Weaning Time for Fawns

Standing silent and relaxed
But still not looking happy
Maybe she knows it is going to happen
Animals have a soul also

But still not looking happy
It looks like she has a fawn feeding
Animals have a soul also
Penned in a shed

It looks like she has a fawn feeding
I think that fawn is going to be weaned
Penned in a shed
No one is going to be happy

I think that fawn is going to be weaned
Fawn and mother will be crying
No one is going to be happy
Farmer will be unhappy too but it has to be done

Fawn and mother will be crying
Maybe she knows it is going to happen
Farmer will be unhappy too but it has to be done
Standing silent and relaxed

    • Thanks for the comment. I feel I would like to say something about animals having a soul.
I have seen first hand weaning animals from their mothers.
The first day after being separated they yell continually for each other.
By the end of the second day and third day the mother is whimpering for her baby as she realizes she not going to find her baby, my heart cries for them when I hear that, is like they are sobbing.
I know how I would feel if someone had taken my baby away from me and animals are no different.
Hope you don’t mind me replying like this to your nice comment.
      Have a nice Christmas.
