“Weekly Tanka Prompt Challenge Week two – Child & Harbor”

20 July –  26 July – Wednesday to the following Tuesday.

The Guidelines are simple.

Take the two words ” Child and Harbor” and write a Tanka Poetry.

Tanka consist of five units (often treated as separate lines when romanized or translated) usually with the following pattern of    5-7-5-7-7 which is is syllables.

You can use the picture above , which will give you a vision using the words.

Use the tag, #weekly tanka challenge so we can find them in the Reader.

Also, copy and paste your link of your finished Tanka poetry into the comments below, so we can all go and visit your site to see what you have done.

Last week we had only two bloggers take part, in the
