(Wednesday 13 July – Tuesday 19 July).

“Weekly Tanka Prompt Challenge – Number One – Keyboard & Writing”

The Guidelines are simple.

Take the two words ” Keyboard and Writing” and write a Tanka.

Tanka consist of five units (often treated as separate lines when romanized or translated) usually with the following pattern of    5-7-5-7-7 which is syllables.

You can use the picture above , which will give you a vision using the words

Use the tag #weekly tanka challenge.

Copy the link of your finished tanka URL in the comments below, so we can all go and visit your site to see what you have done.

Each week it will start on Wednesday New York time, on the following Tuesday I will do a post, listing all the posts, so my readers which are nearly 300 members ( I consider not bad in six months) will be able to check them out.

As this is a new Challenge I will update the guidelines as needed.

Hope you all have a great time creating your Tanka.

Here is my version for Tanka Poetry – Keyboard and Writing.
