Happy Girl  – Love the expression on her face, doesn’t it make you smile?

What makes a baby smile?

When they are born they don’t know how to smile, there first smile is a few weeks after birth?

Is it an expression they see on our face that teaches them to smile?

While searching for the answers to the above questions, I haven’t discovered whether expressions are learned or innate, but it does seem that all humans use the same expressions to communicate basic emotions.

Emotions are complex. According to some theories, they are a state of feeling that results in physical and psychological changes that influence our behavior.

Face perceptions are very complex as the recognition of facial expressions involves extensive and diverse areas in the brain.

I’m sure while watching this video I saw him smile, he seems to recognize his mother although he can not hear or see.Nicholas Coke was born with a rare condition called anencephaly that caused him to never grow a brain, only a brain stem.
